Origination - How To Apply
The starting point of IDB Lab+ will be a clearly defined and focused impact. IDB Lab applies the Focus and selectivity, Ecosystem impact, and synergies criteria as filters to select operations. Historically less than 10% of projects fulfill our IDB Lab+ impact criteria.

- Is your entity formally registered in one or more of the following 26 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean: Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, and Venezuela
- Will you provide counterpart funding to carry out the project of the same or similar amount that you request from IDB Lab? Do you have a guaranteed source?
